Practice

Jonathan’s practice spans over all areas of civil litigation, with emphasis on Personal Injuries and Employees’ Compensation, Land and Property, and Matrimonial Law.

On the criminal side, Jonathan has been instructed by the Department of Justice to attend trials at both the District Court and the Magistrates’ Court as a fiat prosecutor.  Jonathan is also routinely instructed by the Duty Lawyer Service as Defence Counsel for trials at the Magistrates’ Court.

Jonathan accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.  Jonathan is capable of providing written submissions and conducting hearings in both English and Chinese.

Jonathan is currently an active member of the Hong Kong Bar Football Team.
